We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, profile information, contacts, notes, tags, interaction history, reminders, and other content you choose to add. We may also collect device, log, and technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

Contact information you add

AunTime is designed to help you organize professional relationships. You should add or import contact information only when you have a lawful basis and the necessary permission to do so. When you import contacts, you can choose which people to add.

How we use information

We use information to provide, personalize, secure, maintain, and improve AunTime; synchronize your account across devices; send reminders you request; prevent misuse; provide support; and communicate important service updates.

AI features

If you use an AI feature, the relevant content is processed to provide that feature, such as cleaning up a note, suggesting tags, summarizing a timeline, or drafting a follow-up. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate, so review it before relying on it or sending it to another person.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information with trusted providers that help us host data, authenticate users, send notifications, provide AI processing, monitor security, and operate the service. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Children

AunTime is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
