These Terms of Service govern your use of the AunTime website, mobile application, and related services. By creating an account or using AunTime, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use AunTime. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in details, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, contact records, messages, and other content you submit. You give AunTime permission to host, store, process, synchronize, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the service.

Lawful use

You must use AunTime lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload information you are not permitted to collect, attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, or use AunTime to send spam, harassment, or unlawful communications.

Reminders and AI features

AunTime provides organization, reminder, and AI-assisted features for convenience. Generated summaries, tags, follow-up suggestions, and message drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it or sharing it.

Third-party services

AunTime may connect with services such as email, calendars, messaging platforms, app stores, hosting providers, and AI providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of AunTime from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may stop using AunTime and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, or if we are required to do so by law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AunTime is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the service will meet every requirement or always be secure and uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AunTime will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service.
